Intended Use:

Based on real-time PCR, the iQ-Check S. Enteritidis Kit is a simple and rapid qualitative test suitable for the detection of S. Enteritidis in pooled eggs, poultry meat and environmental samples of primary production. Results are available in one day instead of several days needed with traditional culture methods.

Kit contains 96 tests, sufficient for processing 94 samples with positive and negative controls in a single run; store at 2?8°C. Use for confirmation of single isolated colonies from Salmonella agar plates such as RAPID'Salmonella Agar. Same or next day results depending on protocol.
