Applications Specialist (Life Science)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all applications concerns and ensure that they are addressed and resolved promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that customers/users are well trained in performing the assays, machine operation and minor troubleshooting.
- Conduct customer lectures and trainings/re-trainings and validate quality assurance on machine installation, troubleshooting and maintenance in coordination with Field Service Engineers.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Microbiology.
- Candidate with 6 months to 1 year work experience in research laboratory.
- Must have a background in Life Science products.
- Prepared to undertake 24-hour calls and troubleshooting from time to time.
- Proficient in slide presentations and demonstrations.
- Confident and can professionally convey the image of the company.
- Willing to travel and preferably with a driver's license.

Product Specialist (Clinical Diagnostics)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, execute, and deliver technical product presentations at scientific meetings and promotional events.
- Must be able to engage key customers through presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Ensure implementation of the set marketing activities for the year.
- Submit leads generated from every marketing activity implemented.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology/Medical Science.
- With 6 months to 1 year experience in marketing or with In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Industry; or 1 year work experience in clinical laboratory.
- Professional license holder is an advantage.
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Should be self-driven, result oriented, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Willing to be trained and do fieldwork.
- Must know how to drive and a holder of a valid driver’s license.

Sales Secretary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination to Service Coordinators the schedule of the following:
o Engineer/Applications deployment for customer’s preventive maintenance or for troubleshooting of technical-related/application-related concerns.
o Machine installation/pull-out.
- Responsible for coordination to Service Secretaries the Training/Calibration Certificate for customer.
- Responsible for coordination to Service Division the following customer requirements:
- Preventive Maintenance Proposal
- Spare parts quotation
- Service Level Agreement
- Coordinate and monitor all sales concern with the personnel as follows:
o Marketing Secretary concerning availability of Product Quotation/ RTU proposal for customer.
o Purchasing Staff concerning the availability of stocks /ETA (if forecasted item has been ordered).
o Dispatch Staff with the delivery status of goods to customer.
o HR staff concerning recruitment status.
o Product Specialist concerning the schedule of machine demonstrations.
o QA staff concerning the submission of completely accomplished customer complaint resolution form.
- Monitoring the validity and preparation of government’s MOA/contracts and Sub-distributors contract; validity of Performance Bonds and Retention.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a College Graduate of any course.
- With 6 months to 1 year experience in administrative task is an advantage.
- Able to maintain simple database and knows proper etiquette in phone handling.
- Organize and keen to details.

Senior Product Specialist (Clinical Diagnostics)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of the set marketing activities for the year.
- Supervise Product Specialist in all aspects of their duties and functions, ensuring all support needed are addressed and resolved promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, execute, and deliver technical product presentations at scientific meetings, promotional events, and different laboratories.
- Monitor and ensure endorsements of leads generated from all marketing activities to the concerned Product Manager.
- Must be able to engage key customers through presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology/Medical Science.
- With 1-2- year experience in marketing or with In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Industry; or 1-2 - year work experience in clinical laboratory.
- Professional license holder is an advantage.
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Should be self-driven, result oriented, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Must know how to drive and a holder of a valid driver’s license.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the achievement of monthly and annual sales target.
- Responsible for the achievement of collection targets & objectives.
- Participate in preparation of bid documents and represent the company in public tenders.
- Maintain accounts by promoting and selling the company’s diagnostic product line.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in any four-year course; courses in medical field is an advantage.
- With 6 months to 1 year experience in sales or marketing.
- Has background in selling Diagnostic products is an advantage but not required.
- With excellent selling, product presentation and territory planning skills.
- Amenable for a long drive and has driver's license.

Training Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the execution of training and development activities.
o Source in-house and public training programs for the development of employees.
o Facilitate coordination of training programs with speakers, participants, and venues.
o Keep training records (proposal, evaluation, feedback) and files accordingly.
- Responsible in the preparation of training materials particularly attendance sheets, handouts, and other logistics (training venues, equipment, catering arrangements and other requirements including training bond.
- Spearhead the preparation of training related forms and reports for Position Competency Matrix, Competency Gap Analysis and Training Assessment Report.
o Prepare and release the position competency matrix forms for newly hired employee movements and annual review of competencies. Ensure that all forms have complete signature from the ratee and the rater.
o Creation of competency gap analysis report based on the set standard of competency level.
o Creation of Training Assessment Report form for accomplishment of the rater's training method to be use.
o Responsible to monitor the progress of the training method used and creation of Training plan based on the accomplished Training Assessment form.
- Monitor the result of training evaluation and progress of employees.
- Assist from time-to-time recruitment team from sourcing of manpower request up to onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or any other related field.
- At least with 1(one) year work experience in Training.
- Work experience in recruitment in an advantage.
- High level of responsibility and integrity.
- Demonstrate teamwork attitude.
- Able to multi-task in a high pace environment.
- With experience and background with Sales and Marketing Training Activities
