President Rex A. Tiri together with Ms. Mary Jo L. Vizmanos, Quality Management Representative of Lifeline, both received the prestigious certification from Ms. Kristel Oriarte, TUV SUD PSB Philippines Sales Executive and Ms. Ces Calinawagan, TUV SUD PSB Philippines Certification Manager.
"The ISO Initiative enables us to serve our customers better - providing the highest quality and a better experience. The ISO 9001:2008 Certification shows just how far we'll go to ensure the best quality of products and services for all our clients,"
President Tiri said.
Having an ISO (International Organization for Standardization)-certification means that a company strictly ensure that their management system operate effectively as a guide for achieving their corporate performance objectives, such as commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Lifeline's ISO 9001:2008 certification covers all five different departments of the company. The Sales department, Marketing department, Technical Support department, Finance and Administrative department, and the Allied Services department which covers the QA/ Regulatory division, General Services division and the Supply Chain division.
While it's been a challenging journey when Lifeline decided to put all their processes to the rigors of certification, it's been a rewarding experience.
Lifeline ISO 9001:2008 certification is valid for three years, with issued date of November 14, 2015 until November 14, 2018.
